The manufacturing process of velvet ribbon is complex. A double fabric is woven, and upon exiting the loom, it is cut by a blade, resulting in a ribbon with a soft textured pile. The pile is formed by the threads that unite the two fabrics during weaving and are later cut.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dyeing process is carried out using steam and acid dyes at 104 \u00b0C. It is crucial that the pile face always remains intact and does not suffer any damage during dyeing, as this would cause the product to lose its distinctive feel and quality.<\/span><\/p>\n
