Firstly, in the warping process, the bobbins (thread coils) are prepared, feeding the loom. In other words, the threads are wound with the specifications for each ribbon, so that when the rest of the process is completed, the fabric ribbons are as designed from the beginning.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding the weaving process, it is the process that shapes the fabric ribbons. By combining spinning with the loom configuration, we obtain fabrics such as double-sided satin, grosgrain, or velvet, just to name a few of our fabric ribbons.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dyeing process can be of two types. On the one hand, continuous dyeing, which is faster and can be done by heat or steam, and on the other hand, the cabinet dyeing process, which preserves the original shape of the already woven fabric ribbon, as is the case with the mouse tail.<\/span><\/p>\n

The final step in the manufacturing of woven fabric ribbons is the finishing, folding, or ironing process, where the ribbon is ready to be packaged according to the formats that correspond to each type of fabric ribbon.<\/span><\/p>\n
